Presentation of the book for children- "Good Stories" was held today in Sukhum art school “Ainar”. The book describes the lives of saints, and illustrated with drawings of art school students.
The book became a very good and kind gift both for children and their parents. "Of course, small stories about saints and their life experience cannot reveal the fullness of their lives. They seem to slightly open the door to their holy life, with hope that it will interest the young reader and he/she would love to learn more on his/her own ... "- it is said in the introduction.
We are terribly shaken by the brutal, cold-blooded assassination of Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrei G. Karlov in Ankara.
Such brutality shouldn’t go unpunished, and those who managed the murderer must be punished.
It is obvious that the professionalism and dedication of the Russian Ambassador to Turkey, who was making every effort to restore the Russian-Turkish relations, have become an obstacle to the forces interested in confrontation of both countries, who recently overcame a deep crisis in relations.
Within the framework of "Apeipsh" project, which is aimed at supporting vulnerable families with many children, “International Fund Apsny" rendered assistance to the family of Guraliya Malkhaz and Kadzhaya Angela. Malkhaz and Angela are growing six children; three of them go to school.
Today, within the framework of the project "Adyrra chyts", "International Fund Apsny" provided financial assistance at the rate of 50 thousand Rubles to Sukhum high school № 8 for purchase of the projector.
Today, the "International Fund Apsny" has implemented its constant "Agurazra" project for student from Sukhum district. Ten students were rendered assistance within the framework of the above mentioned project. The staff of the Fund purchased clothes and necessary back-to-school-goods for students. The funds allocated for each student was eight thousand Rubles. "Agurazra" project is carried out monthly and aims at supporting students from various regions of Abkhazia.
At the request of the Abkhaz diaspora living in Adapazari, in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Abkhazia, "International Fund Apsny " organized a trip for the teacher of Abkhaz language and literature-Aza Shamba to Turkey. Aza Shamba will be teaching our compatriots Abkhaz language from December 2016 to April 2017. All expenses connected with the trip and accommodation of A.Shamba will be covered by the "International Fund Apsny"
Today the "International Fund Apsny" provided financial support to Gal rehabilitation center for children with disabilities. Means will be used for repair works.

Within the framework of "Aguamch" project "International Fund Apsny" rendered assistance to Ochamchira high school №4.
The "Aguamch" project is aimed at supporting schools by sports equipment. The project "Aguamch" is aimed at physical and healthy upbringing of the younger generation. "International Fund Apsny" presented sports equipment: table tennis, rackets, volleyballs, basketball, soccer balls, basketball rings, volleyball nets, punching bag, a few gloves sets, dumbbells, jump ropes and other sports accessories to Ochamchira school №4.
Abkhaz diaspora living in Sakarya and Izmit (Turkish Republic) has contributed to the charitable activities of the "International Fund Apsny". Second-hand clothes and shoes, gathered at the initiative of the Abkhaz cultural center in Sakarya was sent from Turkey to Abkhazia for special hardship cases families with many children. "International Fund Apsny» gratefully accepted support from our compatriots, who brought their personal belongings to help their brothers and sisters.

Doctors from Armenia continue their work in Ochamchira and carry out free reception of sick children from Ochamchira, Gal and Tkuarchal districts. Doctors were able to examine more than 70 children, defined problems and prescribed treatment. Local doctors, working at the Abkhaz Rehabilitation centers had an opportunity to gain experience from their Armenian colleges. The survey revealed the diagnosis of 13 sick children. Children who need an urgent medical intervention will be sent for medical treatment to Armenia in the near future.
The "Apeipsh" project continues its work in Tkuarchal.
Today, within the framework of "Apeipsh" project, aimed at supporting families with many children, representatives of the Fund Asida Inapshba, Roman Kapba and Medjit Gogua paid a visit to the family of Lagvilava Lerik and Chaabal Irina living in Tkuarchal city. The family is growing seven children - Levan, Leon, Gena, Esnat, Lionella, Jasmina and Ainar. Four children are students and three go to kindergarten.
Women's organization under the Abkhaz Cultural Center in Sakarya gathered clothes and shoes for social projects of "International Fund Apsny". This humanitarian aid is intended for distribution among special hardship cases families.
Today, the educational center "Academia" hosted a delegation from Armenia, headed by the director of Yerevan State College of Tourism, Service and Food Industry Artur Vardanyan, accompanied by the President of "International Fund Apsny" Sener Gogua. Director of "Academia" Center Irina Chkadua welcomed her Armenian colleagues and acquainted them with the educational process. Heads of educational institutions of Yerevan and Sukhum have discussed prospects of mutual cooperation. For the second time this year, as part of "Aguabziara" (Health) project, the "International Fund Apsny", organized the arrival of doctors from Armenia for examination of children, first of all, with cerebral palsy and other diseases. During the first visit Armenian doctors were able to examine up to 300 children. The survey revealed the need for urgent medical intervention for four children, who were sent to Armenia for surgery and treatment by the "International Fund Apsny" and "Ashana" Fund.
On Saturday, November 19th, children from Sukhum visited the hockey match: HT Salavat Yulaev vs. HT Sochi. The trip was organized by the “International und Apsny” on the initiative of Enver Lisin, who covered all expenses. Enver Lisin – is the playmaker of Salavat Yulaev Hockey Club and a very good guy. During the match, children were rooting for Enver wholeheartedly. Every time he appeared children were accompanying him by outcries: "Lisin Lisin Lisin". The kids were exited with games and the atmosphere in the stadium. After the match, Enver came to children and talked to them.

Yesterday, 17 November, “International Fund Apsny” sent an application to the Guinness Book of World Records for registration of the oldest person on the planet. Our compatriot, Nutsa K. Adleyba-Dumaa will celebrate her 117th anniversary in February 2017.
Today, within the framework of the project "Aguamch", "International Fund Apsny" presented more than 20 sets of new football jerseys to football team "Samurzakan" from Gal city. The coach of the football club "Samurzakan" and chairman of the sports committee of Gal city, as well as young players paid a visit to the office of “International Fund Apsny” and expressed great appreciation to the Fund and promised to bring more sports victories.
Within the framework of the permanent project of “International Fund Apsny”- "Ateatri akhuchkei”, the Fund invited high school students from Tkuarchal and Gudauta, as well as repatriates from Turkey, Syria, Jordan and Batum to the Abkhaz State Drama Theatre. The new cabinet for the diagnosis of children’s hearing aid diseases was opened today at the National Rehabilitation Center. The cabinet is equipped with modern instruments to determine the level of hearing and setting the new hearing aids for hearing-impaired children.
The working Group on CP problems and preservation of rehabilitation centers in Ochamchira, Tkuarchal and Gal was established at the initiative of the "International Fund Apsny". The working group was composed of: "International Fund Apsny", "Ashana" Fund, representative of Ministry of Health, in the person of the chief pediatrician of the Republic Abukhba A. "International Fund Apsny" continues its project "Aguamch" in Gal secondary school №1. The school gym is in much need of repair, there is no inventory. Physical education teacher cannot fully conduct lessons. “International Fund Apsny” representatives Simon Agrba, Roman Kapba and Esma Tarba brought table tennis, balls, soccer goal, nets, basketball ring, punching bag, etc. for Gal school gym. School director Manana V. Abukhba thanked the Fund for its support, noting the relevance of the project for the region as a whole, where there is no possibility of youth to be engaged in sports.
The capital of the Russian Federation- Moscow hosts representatives of the Abkhaz Diaspora living in Turkey these days: Parliament deputy of Turkish Republic Engin Taskuach-ipa Papba and Chairman of Abkhaz cultural centers Federation Ahmet Hapat. Our compatriots arrived to Moscow at the invitation of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Federal Council. They took part in the TV program of the journalist Andret Afanasyev "Russian response" on Tsargrad Channel. The program topic "Abkhaz Bridge" was related to Russian-Turkish relations.
Within the framework of "Apeipsh" project "International Fund Apsny" has rendered assistance to the family of Ketovan Tarba living in Gal. Ketovan lost her husband Tamaz Pipia, a few years ago and raises her three children alone. She doesn’t have permanent work due to illness.

In order to improve relations with the Diaspora, living in England, "International Fund Apsny" appointed Yeshim Atryshba to the position of the representative of the Fund. Yeshim is the head of the Abkhaz-Circassian cultural center in the UK.
For the first time, she arrived to Abkhazia via Turkey at the beginning of the Georgian-Abkhaz war. Yeshim Atryshba was awarded the "Medal of Honor" for courage and heroism that she showed during the war.
"International Fund Apsny" also plans to appoint representatives in other countries where our diaspora lives.
President of the "International Fund Apsny" Sener Gogua held a meeting with the director of the Tkuarchal kindergarten Elvira Tsvinariya. Director of the kindergarten shared the problems the kindergarten and children face with. All the shortcomings and general situation of the kindergarten were examined. After that, the head of the Fund promised that the necessary assistance will be rendered to kindergarten in the near future.
In the past, our Fund has already presented toys to Tkuarchal Kindergarten.
The project of “International fund Apsny” - “Apeipsh” continues its work in Dranda village, Gulripsh district. The large family of thirty one years old -Mavrik Pachulia and twenty-four years old Ilona Gabelia is growing six children- two boys and four girls: Marika, Irakli, Elvira, Monica, Inal and Milena. The elder child Marika is eight years old; the youngest one Milena is two months. Three older children are joining the school.
From 7th to 12th of October, delegation from Abkhazia paid a visit to Armenia. President of the "International Fund Apsny" Mr. Sener Gogua and chairman of the committee on social policy Mrs. Julia Gumba, took part in the celebrations of the 2198 anniversary of the foundation of the Armenian capital, Yerevan. While in Armenia, they also visited the leading medical centers of Armenia, dealing with the problems of child disability, in particular cerebral palsy.

The well-known American and Russian mixed martial arts fighter Jeffrey Monson visited the office of the Fund before the match. It is a great honor for us to receive such a guest, who became an honorary citizen of the Republic of Abkhazia, and has expressed desire to help our country and people. Besides that Jeffrey represents such kind of sport, he proved himself as a very warm and kind person. Jeffrey Monson is engaged in charity, he is a child psychologist by profession. He often helps the Russian center for children with cancer, as well as orphanages.

On the Victory Day, finding time in a busy schedule of the program of celebrations, the office of the "International Fund Apsny" was visited by our compatriot Shenan Azhiba from Turkey with his wife. Shenan Azhiba lives in Sakarya and he is the deputy head of the city administration. President of the Fund Sener Gogua welcomed the guest and told him about the fund activities and permanent projects of social orientation. Shenan Azhiba praised the work of the fund, highlighting the assistance provided to sick children with cerebral palsy.
Today the leadership of the "International Fund Apsny" in the person of the President of the Fund Sener Gogua and Vice President of the Fund Maxim Gundjia had a meeting with Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Abkhazia Semyon Grigoriev.
During the meeting, we informed the Russian Ambassador to Abkhazia about Fund activities, new projects, as well as prospects of cooperation with Russian non-governmental organizations.
The "Apeipsh" project continues its work and this time visited Adleiba family in Chlou village. The head of the family Narsou Adleiba is not more than thirty years old and he is already a father of five children. Together with his young wife Christina, they are raising three boys and two girls. They live with Narsou’s mother and his younger brother. Adleiba family lives in subsistence farming, growing fruits, vegetables, bred cattle. There are no earnings in the family, except those rare opportunities when it is possible to sell anything from fruits or animals.
The 3rd International Exhibition EXPO Oasis Industry was held in Wujiaqu, Republic of China from 21 to 24 September 2016. The main topics of the exhibition were: agriculture, industry, cultural industries and tourism. The latest equipment and agricultural technologies were exposed at the exhibition.

Bebiya Tina Kachovna lives in the mountainous village Khuap of Gudauta district. Tina Kachovna was born in 1905, she is 111 years old. At her respectful age, Tina Kachovna is grunted with good health, always in good spirits, moreover, she says should she have wings, she would fly up to the sky.
