By the initiative of the “International Fund Apsny” Abkhazian delegation consisting of the President of the Foundation Mr. Sener Gogua and Minister of Education and Science of Abkhazia Adgur Kakoba is on a working visit to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The delegation is accompanied by a plenipotentiary representative of Abkhazia in Turkey Inar Gitsba. The delegation was received by the Speaker of the Parliament of Northern Cyprus, Adygean by origin, Ms. Sibel Siber.

With the assistance of the “International Fund Apsny” the delegation of the Republic of Abkhazia paid a working visit to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus TRNC. The delegation consisting of Minister of Education and Science Mr. Adgur Kakoba and President of the “International Fund Apsny “ Mr. Sener Gogua was accompanied by the Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Turkish Republic Inar Gitsba.
Today the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic celebrates the 25th anniversary of independence. Representative Office of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the Republic of Abkhazia hosted a photo exhibition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Transnistria.
Opening the exhibition, the Deputy Prime Minister of the The Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Mr. Vitaly Ulitka, thanked the participants for their contribution to the strengthening of statehood of Transnistria and for long-term friendship between the two peoples.
In frames of the campaign of the Cultural Charity Foundation “Ashana” - "hnapkua eibarkny" (hand in hand), the Fund “Ashana” and the "International Fund Apsny" has signed an agreement on partnership, according to which the "International Fund Apsny" will cover medical treatment of four children with the cerebral diagnose per year. The total amount of treatment will make up to 800.000 Rubles per year.
"The International Fund Apsny" represented by the President Mr. Sonera Gogua, and Cultural and Charity Foundation “Ashana” represented by the Director Mrs. Dzheveyra Kolosova signed a cooperation agreement. According to agreement “The International Fund Apsny” will cover expenses for medical treatment of a child with cerebral every quarter. The total amount of financial assistance will make up to 800.000 Rub. per year.
This agreement was the result of a preliminary negotiations between the two foundations.
The years and centennials will pass, but the memory of those who passed, giving their lives for the freedom and independence of Abkhazia will stay in its history forever. On the occasion of the Victory Day and the 22nd Anniversary of the end of Patriotic War in Abkhazia of (1992-1993), Public organization "The International Fund Apsny" dedicated a new project named: "Glory to Heroes". The banners will be installed showing photos of the representatives of our diaspora who sacrificed their lives for freedom and independence of our country.
The banners are installed in separate regions and cities of the Republic of Abkhazia.
From 7 to 9 of August 2015 the 17th International Seminar on Karate-Do and Tournament Cup of Yoshitaka Tsunakoshi was held in Abkhazia.
Among the guests there were teams from different regions of Russia, as well as a team from Turkey and various Karate Federations of Abkhazia. More than 200 participants in 7 age categories within three types of programs were present.
Abkhazia took a first place in team meetings, Russia II place and a team from Turkey III place. According to the results of personal meetings, a team of Abkhazia won the largest number of prizes.
On the 78th year, the famous Abkhazian historian, Dean of the Faculty of History and Theory of the International Relations of the Abkhazian State University, Mr. Raul Honelia has passed away.

First of all, I support the idea of establishing of the foundation “The International Fund Apsny.” It has started working few months ago, and one of its projects that I really like is "Mother and Child".
The president of the “International Fund Apsny” Sener Gogua, and the head of international relations committee Maxim Gundjia visited Moscow from 26 to 29 of July.
The “International Fund Apsny” continues the work of the project “Ani amaalyki”, aimed at supporting Abkhazian families, which have kids aged under 6 months. This project lasts for two weeks, and 70 families received our gifts in the office of the Fund since the project has started. We want to underline that no Abkhazian family will stay without gifts, no matter in which district or city they live.
The president of “International Fund Apsny” Soner Gogua, met with the founder of the cultural and charity foundation “Ashana” Mr. Bagdan Shakaia in Sukhum. Both sides agreed to cooperate in charity field, and to provide mutual assistance in humanitarian projects.
“Such funds may contribute in solving many problems of the state, if they will carry out an important and useful work. Thereby, based on a life experience, our friends and we want to direct our efforts to improve the lives of our citizens.” – was marked in the meeting.
The Director of the Center for Strategic Studies, at the time a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Abkhazia Oleg Damenia, shared his memories:
"At that time the situation was very challenging. There was a heavy confrontation, controversy inside the Parliament .What can I say, the Georgian part of the deputies objected against the issue. They wanted the Georgian elements to be present in the new symbolism. Of course, we could not agree with that condition. It was evident that our opinions diverge radically, we were irreconcilable.

Deputies of the National Assembly – the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia: the Chairman of the Social policy and health and labor Committee, Mr. Apollon Gurgulis and his deputy Mr. Leonid Chamagua, expressed their opinion about the “International Fund Apsny” and its future prospects.
The project “Mother and Child” organized by the public organization “International Fund Apsny”, has started. Abkhazian families, in which they have a newborn baby, started receiving the first gifts from the first two days of its work. The project is for kids aged under 6 months.
Not so long ago, you started the activity of the “International Fund Apsny”, could you tell us a little about the goals and objectives of the Fund?
The "International Fund Apsny" has been working for more than six months. During this time, the Fund has implemented a number of measures. People with similar goals and objectives as in the charter of the Fund, which is laid in the Ministry of Justice, have joined our ranks.
