Representatives of the Republic of Abkhazia took part in the trade-industry exhibition in China.

The 3rd International Exhibition EXPO Oasis Industry was held in Wujiaqu, Republic of China from 21 to 24 September 2016. The main topics of the exhibition were: agriculture, industry, cultural industries and tourism. The latest equipment and agricultural technologies were exposed at the exhibition.

 At the invitation of business - consulting structure «Huahe International», the event was attended by the President of the "International Fund Apsny" Sener Gogua and CEO of "Abhazmorprom" Company. The purpose of the visit of Abkhaz delegation was to establish and develop trade and economic relations with member states of the event. The thematic areas of the exhibition were agriculture, cultural industries and tourism, the latest equipment in the field of agricultural technology were exhibited.

"Recently we are observing that the turnover of the products coming from People’s Republic of China to Abkhazia is increasing. Of course, first of all we were interested in products that can be imported from China to Abkhazia and of course products produced in Abkhazia that can raise interest among Chinese buyers. In a word, to establish trade links with China. I would like to stress that the Chinese side has expressed interest in cooperating with Abkhazia. The exhibition lasted for three days. Businessmen and public figures from different countries took part in the exhibition. Common activities and meetings in working groups were conducted, agreements have been signed, "- said Sener Gogua.

Within the framework of the exhibition program, participants signed the "Joint Action Plan to promote trade and economic cooperation between SPSK and the Economic Alliance of the Silk Road."
