Today, the meeting was held between the head of Tquarchal Region and representative of the International Fund “Apsny” at the Tquarchal Administration. The head of the Region –Aida Chachkhalia, the deputy heads Zurab Arshba and Vitaly Kvitsiniya, the representative of the Fund in Tquarchal Region Violetta Bigvava, the President of International Fund “Apsny” Sener Gogua, the General Secretary of the Fund Asida Inapshba, the Chairman of Economics and Investments Committee Abesalom Kvarchiya, the Chairman of Demography and Apsuara Committee Syrma Ashuba participated at the meeting.

The issues of cooperation between the Fund and the Administration of Tquarchal Region were discussed at the meeting. The President of the International Fund “Apsny” Sener Gogua familiarized the attendees with activities and goals of the Fund.

“First of all, we are trying to help the people, that’s why we have different Committees, which are responsible for different spheres.

We are working on regular social projects “Ani Amaaliki(Mother and Child)”, “Apeipsh (Our Future)”, “Agurazra (Charity)”, These projects are aimed at supporting large Abkhaz families with many children, as well as families where the baby is born, also social support for students from low-income families. Soon we will start a new project on sports. We have appointed representative of the Fund in Regions of Abkhazia and closely cooperate with them. In the future we are planning to work in other directions”, - said the head of the Fund Sener Gogua.

The head of Tquarchal Region has heard a lot about the Fund and is familiar with its activities. She expressed gratitude to the representatives of the Fund and is acquainted them with the current situation in the hero-city.

“Today, Tquarchal is in difficult position, but the residents are not discouraged. The State supports the city, but still there are so many problems”,-said the head of Tquarchal Region Aida Chachkhalia.

The head of the Fund Sener Gogua has promised to provide financial support and present 5 computers to the Tquarchal Industrial College.

During the meeting, participants discussed the economic projects aimed at supporting the region.
