"International Fund Apsny" congrats newly elected director of the Abkhazian Humanitarian Studies Institute

President of the "International Fund for Apsny" Sener Gogua sent a congratulatory letter to Arda  Ashuba who was elected as a director of the Abkhazian Humanitarian Studies Institute.
