Today, the representatives of the "International Fund Apsny" Sener Gogua, Asida Inapshba, Zhanna Leiba and Nelya Berulava took part in the opening ceremony of the reconstructed National Library named after. I.Papaskyr.

The librabry was opened by its director Boris Cholaria. He noted that the opening of the National Library is a significant, joyful event in life for the collective, the audience and the whole country as a whole and expressed the hope that such a beautiful form will be filled with worthy content.

The opening ceremony was attended by President Raul Khadzhimba, the Ambassador of Russian Federation to the Republic of Abkhazia Semyon Grigoriev, Minister of Culture Elvira Arsalia and other government members and the public figures.

"The International Fund Apsny" cooperates with the National Library and repeatedly conducted its activities in the library and provided financial support in the acquisition of valuable rare books and office equipment.
